MURA

Support

Membership

Prices, trials and renewal terms are shown in the app before you buy, and the membership covers Apple TV and iPhone on the same Apple Account. Apple handles payment, renewal and cancellation: on Apple TV open Settings › Users and Accounts › your name › Subscriptions, and on iPhone open Settings › your name › Subscriptions. “Restore purchases” in Mura brings back a membership on a new device.

Connecting your iPhone

On the Apple TV open Mura › Settings › Connect iPhone and point your iPhone’s camera at the code. Choose Allow on the TV when it asks. Both devices need to be signed in to iCloud, and the first connection has to happen on the same network. If the TV cannot be found, check that Mura is open on the Apple TV, that both devices are on the same Wi-Fi, and that Mura may use the local network in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network.

Art that will not load

Most works are downloaded when you open them. If one stays blank, check the connection and try again; the app keeps what it has already downloaded.

Deleting your data

Mura keeps no account, and nothing we hold says who you are: a handful of anonymous counts, described in the privacy policy, and nothing else. Removing the app removes your favourites and settings from that device. Removing an iPhone under Settings › Connect iPhone on the TV ends its access.
